The view fantastic. The proximity of regional train to Cinque Terre is great advantage. Easy to get to many interesting surrounding places, from Portofino to La Spezia. The house has everything needed. Beautiful, quiet place. Hiking fans can find numerous walking paths around Ligurian coast.

Beautiful location overlooking the sea near Cinque Terre

The view from the balcony to the sea was spectacular. We really enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Apartment was well furnished with all that you would need and clean. It even had lawn chairs in the garden below where you could relax in some shade. Only problem we encountered was with the TV which had no signal, even after owner tried to fix it for us. Owner was helpful and stopped by several times to see if we needed anything.

Property is a bit difficult to find as is the "fraction" of Tramonto sul Mare where it is located. Roads in the area not well marked and extremely narrow, especially the road going to the sea (convenient bus service is available close by though to get to the seaside fraction, from where you can take the train to local seaside towns including the Cinque Terre). As the apartment is located next to a beautiful historic square that is pedestrian only, you have to park a significant distance away, which could pose problems when you first arrive or for older people who have mobility issues.

Panoramico, economico. Però sulla pulizia non si può transigere.

Appartamentino appena sotto la piazza con la Torre Carolingia di Costa di Framura. Luogo sicuramente tranquillo, facilità di parcheggio libero nei pressi. Panorama eccezionale sul mare. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile. Siamo entrati un'ora prima del concordato. A pochi metri anche due locande dove abbiamo ben cenato. Scendendo alla stazione di Framura a mare, è poi semplice spostarsi con il treno per le varie località del Levante Ligure. Nessun problema di parcheggio, almeno fuori stagione.

L'appartamento ci è stato consegnato non preparato. Pavimenti e vetri sporchi, molta polvere accumulata, stoviglie non pulitissime. Il letto matrimoniale aveva un vago sentore di cane e il secondo letto (divano letto) non è stato preparato. Anche l'esterno avrebbe meritato maggiore cura. Non è un problema, ma va considerata la peculiarità dell'alloggio che si trova a quasi 300 mt di quota: il mare si mostra con una vista incantevole, ma non è a portata di mano. Il primo alimentari è nella frazione inferiore. Il "Tramonto sul Mare" forse lo si vede a dicembre. Non è una cosa negativa, per carità. Ma magari, dato il nome della struttura, ci si aspetta di vedere il sole scendere nel mare di fronte, invece tramonta comunque dietro le montagne.

Confortevole alloggio affacciato sul mare, molto tranquillo, in posizione strategica.

L'appartamento gode di una vista eccezionale sul mare, dalla collina, si ammira un panorama eccezionale. La casa è ben tenuta, comoda, in particolare il soggiorno, tutto finestrato. Il paese non è direttamente sul mare ma tutte le mete più belle (cinque terre, Levanto, Moneglia, Sestri, S.Margherita Ligure, Portofino) sono a portata di mano in quanto il treno ed il pullman sono comodi ed anche l'autostrada è a soli 10 minuti. Gentilissimo il Sig. Ernesto che si è occupato dell'accoglienza. È una persona veramente socievole e fa di tutto per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Tanto di cappello. Una settimana meravigliosa trascorsa a Framura !

Super Ausstattung, Ruhe und eine fantastische Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist ein Traum. Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich! Für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen, ist es perfekt.

Die Betten sind verbesserungsfähig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten recht weit entfernt.

Très bel endroit, magnifique vue!

L’emplacement avec une magnifique vue. Prêt du train pour aller visiter les villages des Cinque Terre. Les hôtes très gentils et disponibles.

C’est un détail, l’appartement est un peu difficile à trouver, peut-être ajouter des informations et des photos pour nous guider.
