Total Relax Home is a lovely two-room flat in a complex of 7 private flats, very well equipped for your relaxation and enjoyment. The house, essential and newly furnished, consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa on the ground floor, which is accessed from the terrace where breakfast and dinner with a view of the sea and olive trees will delight your soul! Downstairs there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a possible 5th bed for your children and a bathroom with shower. You will also have an assigned parking space in the park adjacent to the flat. In an enchanting setting, the residence has a beautiful swimming pool with a view of the valley and its beautiful sunsets, which can be used every day until 10 p.m. There is no lifeguard service, so it is important to be careful. Framura is a municipality located on the Ligurian coast. It lies within one of the many inlets and coves, typical of the jagged coastline of the eastern Ligurian Riviera. The land is steep and slopes down to the sea with a beautiful view and a collection of houses that retain the charm of bygone eras. Characteristic coves where one can swim and a tiny harbour where professional and amateur fishermen keep their boats and equipment. The originality of the village of Framura lies in its characteristic geographical layout: Framura is in fact the collective name for the five small hamlets of which the municipality is composed, which extend from the sea inwards along a steep flight of steps that connects them. Starting from the lido, one comes to Anzo, a hamlet characterised by a Genoese watchtower and the neo-Gothic chapel of Nostra Signora della Neve. Below the village of Anzo is the Framura railway station. Between the station and the scenic Punta dei Marmi is the village marina. The second hamlet is Ravecca, where you will find the Chapel of Sts Bernardo and Pasquale. The seat of Framura's municipality is in Setta, protected by another Genoese watchtower, where you can also admire the Chapel of San Rocco, whose façade was recently renovated. The hamlet of Costa, where the flat is located, is the town with the most outstanding artistic features: there one can admire an extraordinarily robust Carolingian tower dating back to the 9th century. The municipality of Framura is easily accessible by train on the Genoa-La Spezia railway line, by car via the A12 Genoa-Rosignano motorway, Deiva Marina exit. For those arriving by motorbike or bicycle, several scenic roads connect Framura with neighbouring regions. Framura is located on the Riviera Ligure di Levante, a very short distance from the famous Cinque Terre and a few kilometres from the beautiful Portofino.
