Lovely little flat in an excellent location with very kind landlady

Very friendly and helpful landlady despite a language barrier. She lives in the building so is easily available for any needs and always replies very quickly. She also brought a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my sister's birthday which was so appreciated!!! Excellent location both in the village for beach, gelato and train, and also location on the coast - close enough to Cinque Terre but without the cost or too busy with all the tourists, The building does have a lift... But also nice enough stairs if that's more your cup of tea... Functional kitchen for simple cooking needs. The beds were comfy. Included linens and towels and shampoo/body wash. It is very hot in the summer and there is no shade on the beach, so if you don't want to pay for the overpriced sun beds and umbrellas on the beach, we left our lovely little parasol in the apartment! 😊

Very little to say and nothing that isn't clearly advertised. There is no AC, but there is 1 powerful fan. The flat didn't get too hot at the end of June and at night the fan plus open windows was sufficiently cool. But, the excellent location close to the train station does have a downside as the trains are noisy. Honestly it didn't disrupt us, but if you're light sleepers you will notice it. Also, open windows does mean bugs can get in, and we did receive a few bites throughout the week... finally, the photos clearly show this, but the ceiling in the kitchen/bedroom is very sloped and low. For those nearer to 5ft it won't pose a problem, but those nearer to the 6ft end of the spectrum may find they don't have a lot of space. But this wasn't a surprise and is clearly advertised and didn't impact us!

Exceptional

The place has a beautiful view, it is simple but has everything you need & is conveniently located right next to the train station & the beach. We were lucky to have a great weather at the end of October so we enjoyed a nice swim ( the beach was almost empty which was a pleasant surprise ). We had a wonderful time away from the business of Cinque Terre & other super touristic places. Grazie Mille , Giuliana ☀️

Great location and amazing owner :)

Its walking distance from beach and from train station so location is a big plus. The owner was very helpful, he also allowed us for a late checkout without any hassle since we had our train later in the day.
