The positive sides won by far from the few minor things and we have a great stay. The owner replied to all our questions

The cleanliness, the friendliness and quick replies of the owner, good mattresses, good shower, impeccably clean and soft bed- and bathroom linen, some coffee/jam/crackers/dishwasher tabs to start with, nice decoration, right next to the station

No elevator Too small balcony to have breakfast outside Noise of the trains (though it’s convenient to have them next to you)

Superb

position was very good, close to the beach and to train station. apt was well equipped and ideal for families with small child. host very supportive and quickly responded to all our questions.

the three floor without elevator could not be the best, but we were prepared (not a surprise) the parking far from apt, but it was not a big issue because we moved by feet or train being close to the train station can be an advantage if you don't suffer for the noise.

Good place to spend some nice days at the sea side

Very clean and nicely decorated, spacious and cozy. Good located, close to the beach. We had also a good communication with the owners.

Parking was at 10 minutes walking distance, but it was free. Sometimes in the night you could hear the trains from the nearby train station.

very clean and very close to the train station which gives you easy access to cinque terre. fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine for your clothes. No air-conditioning but fans were available. Ideal for train-spotting as it is located next to the train station! our kids loved it 😊

The parking was 10-12 minutes walk from the apartment in a field locked by a gate. Not ideal when traveling with small children… 3rd floor without elevator but this was communicated in advance. Check out was at 10:00am A bit pricy but ok

Incrívelmente maravilhosa

Cozinha bem equipada! Quando chegamos estávamos exaustos mas tinha café disponível m, torrada e geleias. Detalhes que ajudam muito principalmente quando se tem criança. Quartos com camas super confortáveis.
