The place was great. Very clean, comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was extremely polite from the first interaction, very responsive, caring and friendly. They made our stay at Kini exceptional. We would go back for sure and I totally recommend it for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience 😊
The only thing I would recommend visitors is to have a car, because the house is located at a steep cliff. However, the owner is very careful to direct us sufficiently in any case, so we had no issues at all with the parking :)

The hotel had a beautiful view and was high up on hill. The room was comfortable and I liked that it had a coffee maker in the room and a mini kitchenette. Decor was pleasant. It felt peaceful and relaxing.
I did not have any complaints but I think this would be a tricky place to stay if you have mobility issues and do not have a car. The short walk to town and the beach is a bit steep and uneven in places.

Lovely balcony (room 6) with great views across Kini Beach. Good size bedroom and clean bathroom. Excellent value. Plenty of storage space. Nice touch having 4 coffee pods with the Nespresso machine. Efi lives on site with her family, so always responsive to any questions.
Cooking facilities are basic, so not really ideal for a meal and some larger cups or mugs would be appreciated. It's a steep walk (10 minutes rather than 5 on the description) from beach, but it keeps you fit! These are minor quibbles though.

Host was rude when we used outside hose to wash sand of feet . . He chastised us like we were children . He was over obsessive . Made me feel uncomfortable. And unable to relax
