Excellent base to explore Bellagio, in style & comfort!

The house was in a fabulous location with everything you could need and more! We all had the best nights sleep of our holiday here and being able to sit outside in the beautiful gardens and enjoy the local produce was a highlight! The check in was fabulous and so many useful tips to make the most of our time in Bellagio. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

we loved our stay and wished we had a longer stay here.

A lovely house that is thoughtfully well equipped - so nice that the hosts provided a basket of biscuits, and fruit and selection of teas as well as salt, olive oil, sugar and spice, lots of plates and cutlery and cooking utensils if you decide to make meals here. -there's a washing machine, 2 hanging racks for easy laundry drying, and a dishwasher. -there is plentiful soap and shampoo and hygiene kits in the bathrooms, -the beds are really comfortable in good sized rooms, 2 rooms with queen (?) bed, one room with a single and a full shower/bathroom on the 2nd Level, on the ground floor, a living room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast island, and second bathroom. The garden and outdoor space is gorgeous with a nice garden, and outdoor patio and barbeque, parking is available on premise, the location is convenient and centrally located in Bellagio, and most areas are easily accessible by walking. the car ferry is just 5 minutes away, so it's easy to get to the other side of the lake. we loved our stay and wished we had a much longer stay here.

an additional bathroom or toilet on the 2nd level would have been convenient, but the house is as it is, and there's a full bath on the ground level so it's not a big problem.

Luca was a terrific host!

No real breakfast provided. Some fruit and coffee was provided with some other small hand snacks.

It was a bit of a walk into town but we really appreciated the locations nonetheless.

Our stay was fabulous and we absolutely would stay there again!

We loved the cleanliness and quietness of the home. We also loved the backyard area that was a beautiful setting to enjoy our morning espresso in the morning. And I loved our bedroom had a door that opened out to a deck. We were so grateful for Luca driving our luggage and my elderly father to the ferry when we were heading out.

Absolutely the best

The property was amazing. We loved it so much. The hosts were so helpful, and were always prompt in responding to all our questions/requests. The house is so well equipped. They had provided us with a bottle of wine, fridge stocked with fruits and milk, and a coffee machine with espresso poss. There was jam, Biscuits and snacks all stocked up for us. The property was well located. Brilliant is not the word. We will definitely come back!

This is a large house (Villa) that was quality maintained with lots of amenities and rooms to hang out comfortably. There is also an outdoor patio area with a kitchen area and grill with everything you need including lounge chairs and a table we ate breakfast at. The owners have thought of everything for your stay. It’s beautiful inside and the grounds are amazing too. Also a large carport for 2 cars and areas for additional ones if need in front or back. Mary was sweet too and helped with all my questions before we got there. Luca ( owner) was so nice and very, very funny! He explained everything thoroughly to us when we arrived. There is about 15-20 minute walk down to town and little hilly back up. It really was a good location if you don’t mind walking. We did not have a car. There are 2 full bathrooms. One was upstairs with bedrooms newly renovated and huge awesome shower and second on main level. The owners had big bowl of fruit, several bottles of water, Prosecco and snacks to start our trip. Also there is a washing machine with drying racks outside and a dishwasher too. They have the cleaning supplies too which was terrific and very helpful since I did a load of laundry. We highly recommended Villa Olivee!!

Lovely clean villa with big garden.

This villa was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. A lovely big enclosed garden with comfy chairs and outdoor dining area. The host lives next door and is extremely helpful with any issues or questions.

Unfortunately the WiFi wasn't good enough for our teenagers, and work requirements. Also would have really benefitted from a pool.

Our stay was marvellously relaxing and spiritually uplifting.

The owners of the property provide a small gift of (breakfast) food, coffee/tea, and wine (a bottle of Italian prosecco) for arriving guests. This is very thoughtful and the perfect welcome after a day of travelling. It also means you don't have to worry about your breakfast the next day. Several bottles of drinking water were available in the fridge. The person in charge of looking after the property could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Although there is currently a lower limit on air-conditioning of 24 degrees centigrade due to recent government legislation (a national initiative to conserve energy due to the war in Ukraine), the property was cool and comfortable. When the temperature reached 38/39 degrees centigrade in the open, the coolness of the property was a real godsend. The property is tastefully furnished with all necessary conveniences, including wifi. It is positioned not far from Bellagio - a twenty-minute walk or five-minute car ride away - and also a walk away from a delightful port - Pescallo. This was one of the discoveries of our stay. Although my wife and I had stayed before in Bellagio, we had not ventured further afield. The port of Pescallo and the hills south of Bellagio are beautiful, with their beautiful views across Lake Como to the east of Bellagio, were a revelation. There are several wonderful restaurants in this part of the peninsula. The woods and fields are lush and green. It feels like a different world altogether. The property boasts a 350-year old olive tree. Indeed, the garden is full of olive trees and well tended plants (camellias), as well as climbers in plots.

There was nothing that we did not like about the property.
