Holiday home in Rhosneigr, Anglesey, North Wales. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms. A fabulous modern family home, which has undergone a full refurbishment to a very high standard. Located on Whispering Sands - a fantastic location 2 minutes walk to both beaches and the village centre. South/west facing garden perfect for the afternoon sun and relaxing over a bbq and a fine glass of wine! Sea views - simply breath taking. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard and comprising 4 bedrooms (sleeping up to 8 people) - ideally arranged to suit a mix a families. Two bathrooms - one on each floor - both have walk in showers. Outdoor water hose to wash down wetsuits. Gas fired central heating. Sitting room with large L shaped sofa and a wood burning stove and a selection of books. Lovely sun room/dining area over looking garden and patio. Modern kitchen/diner with all the usual appliances including large fridge/freezer and double oven. Dining table in both the kitchen and sun room.

The cottage was clean and lovely decor. There were 4 adults and 2 dogs and we had loads of room. The garden was great for the dogs as it was enclosed. Two minutes walk to beach and less than 5 minutes walk to pubs , shops and cafes. We have all really enjoyed staying here.

We had a great stay here (family with 3 young children aged 4-7). The house was comfortably sized for 4 adults and 3 children, house is in a great spot where you are so close to the centre of Rhosneigr but still quiet, would definitely visit there again.

We stayed as a group of 6 friends and this home gave us everything we needed and more! Really well equipped, spacious and furnished to a high standard with everything we needed and more. Great location just a few minutes to village centre and amenities including the stunning beaches. Great outdoor space too. Highly recommend

Perfect spot to enjoy Rhosneigr with the beach and amenities minutes away. Lovely garden with some sea views. Property met all our needs. Just a point of clarification, there is reference in previous reviews to the upstairs bathroom being an en suite. This is not quite correct. Although adjacent to the main bedroom you do not need to enter the main bedroom to access the bathroom. There is a door between the bedroom and the bathroom entrance. Important to know that those in the second upstairs bedroom don’t need to use the downstairs bathroom but can share the upstairs one

Our second year at Freshwind. A great house laid out really well for families with kids of all ages. Lots of space. Location is perfect. Rob was super helpful for everything we needed or asked for.

The house is perfect for two families.. everything you need and close to all the amenities. We had my elderly parents with us, so the downstairs single beds were ideal for them. There was 10 of us in total, which was a bit snug- but perfect for just a few days. Lovely house, and great communication ❤️

Got off to a bit of a bumpy start, due to being told we could access the property at 12 pm, but the cleaner was still in the property cleaning from the last holiday makers, the cleaner was very helpful, we felt very sorry for putting her in an awkward position. House was lovely perfect location, a few damp patches, but all in all a very nice property.

We all enjoyed stsying in the prooerty. The garden was very safe for the chikdren and dog. We were lucky with the weather, a little cokd but dry. The children enjoyed the walk to and on the beach. We would have liked a bit more variety of shops but managed fine ,takinf atrip to holyhead and also Caenarfon castle, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. An excellent stay.

Good sized property with eat in kitchen, lounge with tv as well as sun room with sliding doors to garden and second tv. This made it perfect as a play room for our grandchildren. Two double bedrooms upstairs but as main one was an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom occupants had to use the shower room downstairs which served the twin and bunk bed room as well. The area was quiet and peaceful and garden completely secure. We appreciated endless supplies of hot water. A few minor issues, there is no bath as referred to, nor did we find an ice maker. Board games were supplied but no toys and a ‘playground’ was not in evidence. The only toiletries supplied were liquid soap and limited loo rolls. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking for 3 cars. Can definitely recommend

Spacious, sizeable and very well equipped holiday home in a quiet location , and just a few minutes walk from Rhosneigr’s beautiful beaches and the small village. The garden is virtually private, south west facing and safe for the grandchildren. There was more than enough off road parking for our three cars, parked side by side. All the beds were extremely comfortable, probably due to the memory foam mattresses. The only issue we had was the upstairs toilet / shower room was en-suite to one of the two upstairs bedrooms. Guests in the second upstairs bedroom had to use the downstairs toilet / shower room. Other than that issue we all had a great time at Freshwinds and can appreciate the work done on the property by Rob and his wife.

It was my husbands 60th birthday, we chose to spend the time with special friends and family, we all had the best time, Rob was a great host and appreciated him contacting myself prior to the stay to check in with us. Could not fault it, great accommodation, great location

Really great location, 2mins from beach and town via the footpaths, very handy. Beautiful house. Spacious layout and good outdoor space. The owner was very helpful but unfortunately the communication on the day of arrival couldve been better as the cleaners either hadnt been booked or were late and our check-in was delayed. This wouldn't have been a problem if communicated earlier. We were allowed to stay later on our checkout day which was appreciated. We would however stay there again, its such a great location.

An amazing location, lovely house that met all needs and very clean. Rob was a good host and nothing was too much trouble. The beaches were amazing and an early morning walk at 6.30am was loved by a very outdoor family as well as watching the sun set on an empty beach in the evening. We have already booked for next year and would highly recommend this holiday property

Such a great house, layout, facilities and location. Can’t fault it just wish we could have stayed longer! We took our two daughters and two of their friends and it was just the perfect space for games, movies, bbqs, trips to beach and into the village! Will def try and come back. :)

The whole stay was very enjoyable. We all Loved everything about Freshwinds. The house, Location, everything really. The only little problem was the bottom/main oven didn’t work so we improvised with the small one, but overall, a great week was had by all. Thank you xx

Stayed at ‘fresh Winds’ as our daughter was getting married at Henblas Country Park. The property was clean, tidy, well equipped. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double upstairs 1 is en-suite to the bedroom that looks Iike it has French doors in fact it has 2 lower fixed glazed windows and 2 upper opening ones above. No balcony but a great view of the sea. The shower is really powerful. It says double beds but they feel more like king size. Plenty of clothes storage. Downstairs a hallway with a door into the lounge. Also shower room with WC ( apparently that’s a great shower too) A room with 2 sets of bunk beds which apparently were comfortable. Next door a twin room and equally comfortable. A door into a utility area with a door into a sun room which has a double sofa and a table with bench seating and a few wooden chairs. Patio doors lead onto the dog secure garden with a large table which plenty of seating. Walk back into the utility area and into the well equipped kitchen. Full size fridge freezer and access to the back porch, garden and gateway to the road. Ample parking. Another large table with bench seating at the end of the kitchen and this has a continuous walkway back into the lounge. Big corner sofa and 2 wicker chairs, TV has a BT box but when my son tried to use it, it asked for payment to create an account. So he put the aerial into the back of the tv and watched that. A small ‘quart’ of milk and a packet of welsh cakes were left as welcome gift.

This property is very well maintained and very cozy. We were a family of four so we had a plenty of space to enjoy. The beach is within a short walk distance. We could even walk to a nearby restaurant (Oyster Catcher). Easy access by car to various places within North Wales. Rob has been a wonderful host... we actually got lost and could not find the property since we arrived after the sunset. We called Rob and he was great in guiding us to the right place, stayed on line until we actually found the property and got the key to get inside. We would love to come back!

Brilliant property close to centre in quiet area. Very well equiped, clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was with 7 in the preperty there were only 2 loos/bathrooms one of which was ensuite so not available to other guests.
