Llys Y Celeste (pronounced 'Clis uh Cell-est') features all five bedrooms and bathrooms on the ground floor, making it ideal for guests with difficulty with stairs. At the front of the property is a king-size bedroom with sea views. Next door is a family shower room with a funky hexagon theme. Along the hallway, there is a boiler room with a washing machine, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom is a bunk room perfect for kids, followed by a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The third bedroom is a twin room, the fourth is an en-suite king-size bedroom, and the fifth is a super-king bedroom with patio doors leading to a small courtyard garden at the back. A utility room with a door to the courtyard and a shower room with a toilet, complete the ground floor.
Head upstairs to the wonderful living and dining space. The living area offers ultimate relaxation with oversized comfy sofas, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a cushioned window bench that offer you beautiful sea views. The showstopper open-plan kitchen and dining area features a vaulted ceiling with skylights and a glass wall that opens out to a decked terrace with more gorgeous sea views. This creates a seamless inside-outside space perfect for morning coffee or sunset aperitifs.
Llys Y Celeste boasts a pretty courtyard-style patio, which is a small suntrap with shady areas perfect for enjoying some peace and quiet. The decked terrace upstairs offers stunning sea views and is ideal for relaxing outdoors. There is parking for two cars around the back of the house. Please note, do not block access to the coast guard’s base.
The Neighborhood:
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Getting Around:
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor

Perfect location for everything you, beach is literally across the road and you’re right in the village centre. Accomodation had everything we needed and the room layout, particularly the entertaining space upstairs was perfect for bringing everyone together. The only thing that let this house down was the amount of dog hair on the furniture, carpets and rugs.

Nice property in a good location. House is well equipped. Kitchen diner area and balcony are lovely. Lovely view of the sea from the sitting room. Bedrooms are all a good size and there are plenty of bathrooms. The carpet upstairs needs replacing but overall good value for money, well located in Rhosneigr and a nice property.

A great property in the heart of Rhosneigr and close to amenities. The bedrooms on the lower floor remain cool in the heat, and the bifold doors in the kitchen opening onto the veranda make the upstairs space even more appealing.
