Hotel de grande porte. muito bem construído e conservado. Localização espetacular no Vale dos Vinhedos. É movimentado e preparado para receber famílias com crianças. Muitas atrações. Pessoal da recepção e apoio conserta até sapato. Muito bem treinados. Quarto amplo e climatizado. Banheiro e enxoval excepcionais. O café da manhã condiz com a qualidade do hotel. O restaurante é um pouco limitado para o porte do hotel. Gostei muito, já conhecia e achei ainda melhor que antes.
Tudo bem conforme o anunciado. Apesar de ser mais caro que a média, oferece qualidade maior.

Location, the hotel is in the Valley of the Vineyards
The hotel is pretty old. The hotel needs renovation in the rooms, everything is very old, the air conditioning does not work, the bathroom is old, mildew smelling bedding, etc. The price is not compatible with what the hotel offers.
