Superb

Eduardo and Veronica, the owner of the place, was more than great. They're exceptional. They answered any questions I threw and remain attentive throughout our stay. The staff were also great too. Two thumbs up for them. The outdoor view from my room was also nice. I stayed at "terraza" room.

Wish they provide more ammenities. A hairdryer and a coffee maker would've made our stay perfect. But anything else is exceptionally great. One additional suggestion: more WiFi router as we were having difficulty to connect to wifi at some spots.

Muy amables y hermosas áreas comunes, pero hace falta limpiar mejor el polvo acumulado en las habitaciones viejas.

Tiene una alberca limpia y muy bonita, a buena temperatura. El balcón que da al lago está muy bien. Los trabajadores son muy amables, es muy fácil llegar y tiene mucha vegetación.

La habitación donde nos quedamos tenía un olor muy potente a polvo, estaba muy encerrada/oscura y la terraza muy sucia, no se podía usar la hamaca. Vimos otras habitaciones y estaban mucho más limpias, lamentablemente ya no estaban disponibles. La mesa de billar no se puede usar porque está muy chueca y las bolas ruedan.

Yo pagué por una habitación y me entregaron otra, tiene una mala organización respecto a booking no están bien organizados. La habitación que me terminaron ofreciendo era demasiado pequeña solo dejan un jabón pequeño para dos personas el drenaje del baño es malísimo el agua está fría para bañarse no tiene televisión. El costo es muy alto para lo que ofrecen.

La vergetación es irreal

El trato del personal Diego, Efren y el señor Eduardo, personas muy gentiles. Las vistas del lugar son bellísimas, las masajistas son increíbles, vale la pena que se realicen un masaje. La vegetación que tiene el lugar te quita el aliento, tienen árboles de tamarindo, pistache y papaya. Cerca hay un restaurante que se llama Vinuet y las garnachas son muy ricas, al lado cuentan con abarroterías, la ubicación es perfecta!

Cálido con un final amargo

Tal como comentan la mayoría de los comentarios. La atención del staff es buena, y se agradece la atención a los detalles. Las habitaciones son cómodas aunque podrían mejorar en la iluminación. La vista hacia el lago es inmejorable y el servicio de temazcal adicional es una experiencia excepcional. Los alimentos son buenos, la variedad de opciones de desayuno y la porción es adecuada. Las instalaciones son limpias y acogedoras. Muy instagrameable el lugar.

Personalmente prefiero que el pago se administre mediante la aplicación de Booking. Si la reserva ya fue confirmada por la plataforma ¿porqué se debe de realizar una segunda confirmación con un anticipo en transferencia bancaria? El acceso al estacionamiento es complicado debido a que se encuentra muy empinado. El segundo día, la regadera se quedó sin agua caliente, afortunadamente el clima era cálido y pudimos ducharnos con el agua a temperatura ambiente. Ahora la parte que puede ser controversial, no hay un check-in como tal, al final de la reserva, el administrador te realiza la cuenta a mano con un papelito y adicionalmente te pide una propina “voluntaria” que se siente impuesta y pone cara de pocos amigos cuando la niegas. Entiendo que la propina se da con servicios excepcionales, tal como recibimos con el temazcal, pero fuera de eso, la atención recibida fue lo mínimo que esperaba por el precio total de la estancia. Al momento de la reserva, pregunté si se podía liquidar con tarjeta de crédito a lo que mencionaron que si era posible, pero fue una no muy grata sorpresa durante el check-out al enterarme que no servía la terminal, y me daban la opción de hacer el pago mediante transferencia a una cuenta diferente a donde había realizado el pago del anticipo, o pagar en efectivo. En Tequesquitengo hay pocas buenas opciones de hospedaje, y esta es una de las mejores, pero es feo que una estancia tan bonita se arruine con estos detalles de pago y actitud por parte del administrador.

El hotel es muy bonito con muchas plantas y árboles, hay animalitos que llegan a los jardines 😃 el servicio de temazcal y spa, totalmente recomendable. Se encargan de que tengas una estancia tranquila y cómoda

Mala experiencia

Una experiencia terrible que no recomiendo. Lamentablemente, nuestra habitación tenía chinches. Al reportarlo al personal, no obtuvimos respuesta, así que por seguridad decidimos pasar la noche en el coche. A las 6:00 a.m. volvimos a comunicarnos, y nos dijeron que teníamos que esperar a que el encargado se despertara. Media hora después, salió con una actitud arrogante, sin disculparse y además pretendía cobrarnos de más por un desayuno que no íbamos a consumir y por una habitación en condiciones inaceptables. Lo más preocupante es que, a pesar de mostrar evidencia clara, insistían en que no eran chinches, cuando claramente lo eran. Explicamos todo con respeto, pero solo accedieron a descontar el desayuno, e incluso insinuaron que dejáramos propina. No volveríamos y no lo recomendamos en absoluto.

El estacionamiento es un poco pequeño, tienes que dejar llaves y si quieres salir, tienen que sacar los vehículos que están estacionados. Pero el personal es muy amable y atento. No es necesariamente malo ese aspecto.
