In this pretty house with blue shutters, you will have completely the ground floor, a real independent apartment from the rest of the house.
Enter through the garden then join your apartment through a separate entrance. You will have a small kitchen came in, a lovely room with numerous cupboards and a living room with sofa, library, table and television, with a lovely view of the garden and surrounding hills.
You will also have your own bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Enjoy the garden or sit on your small private terrace with table and chairs for lunch outdoors.
This apartment has the charm of the old, with beautiful antique tiles, while amentities: wireless internet (wi-fi), flat screen TV, fridge, cooking hotplates and a Nespresso machine.
The room overlooks the quieter side of the house, and has shutters to not be awakened by the light of day after a comfortable night in his large double bed (160cm X 200 CM mattress). The sofa in the living room can also be transformed into a double bed.
Furthermore the whole apartment is air conditioned with individual controls for the hot summer.
This charming home is located in a very quiet but has easy access to public transportation:
Within five minutes walk there is a bus to go (about 10 minutes) to La Penne sur Huveaune or in Aubagne town center or train station where you can catch a train to Marseille Saint-Charles (trains every 20 minutes in peak hours, travel about 20 minutes).
You also have the possibility to reach in 10 minutes walking a stop bus ( "Cartreize") to reach directly Marseille (Castellane).
St. Charles Castellane or you can take the subway directly.
Also you can park either at the house or in the garden.
Municipal swimming pool in the summer to 1.5 km.
