About this villa rental
Overlooking the splendid beach of San Vito lo Capo, the holiday home "Villa Canneto" has one of the most exclusive locations in the entire gulf.
Its direct access to the beach offers its guests the opportunity to experience the sea at any time of the day.
The property is surrounded by a large garden and has a private parking area for two cars, a barbecue area with professional Weber grill, a solarium area equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower and an outdoor dining and lounge area.
The villa has a classic Mediterranean patio architecture and is spread over one floor.
This feature and the ease of access to the sea make the villa particularly suitable for families with children.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 7 guests. All rooms are equipped with an independent air conditioning system.
The living area consists of a large living room with fireplace, furnished with modern furniture and equipped with air conditioning and 45-inch flat screen with cable TV and Netfix.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment: fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas stove and washing machine.
The structure and the terrace facing the sea are covered by a 20 mega Wi-Fi internet connection.
After a whole day spent relaxing in the sun, a short walk along the seafront will take you to the main street of the town, full of clubs, ice cream parlors and restaurants.
Activities
Among the various activities it is possible to rent a motorboat to visit the pristine coves of the Zingaro or Monte Cofano nature reserve and experience the thrill of spotting dolphins, water skiing, or having fun with the most varied water sports aboard donuts or riding the waves on a sup.
San Vito Lo Capo is one of the largest climbing areas in southern Italy and has more than a thousand rock routes to climb from 3rd to 9th.

The most anticipated event of the year is certainly the Cous Cous Fest, whose next edition will be held from 20 to 29 September 2019.
It is 10 days of competition between chefs from all over the world, free shows with internationally renowned artists, tastings and meetings with well-known personalities from the show.
The Feast of the Patron Saint Vito Martyr is a particularly suggestive moment to be lived together with the locals; the whole town is involved in various activities culminating in the historical re-enactment of the landing of the Saints on June 15th.
The photos of the announcement were taken in May, in July and August the beach is more crowded.

We enjoyed our stay! The beach Villa was a perfect vacation. The house was private, with direct access to the beach. We stayed in August and the beach was crowded however we laid towels on the front row free beach area at 7am. Or you can reserve & prepay in advance the beach chairs. The house had great air conditioning in all the rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped for meals to cook. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The owner and property manager were very professional and helped us immediately if we had any questions. Ten minutes walking to the main center full of restaurants and stores. Grocery store & bread bakery was 5 minutes walking. We will definitely return to this villa!

Badezimmer modern umgebaut. Der Rest ist schon einwenig in die Jahre gekommen aber absolut in Ordnung. Bea, die für das Haus zuständig ist, war uns sehr behilflich und hat einen tollen Job gemacht. Hierfür vielen Dank noch mal. Alles in allem hatte wir eine super Woche und haben die Zeit sehr genossen.
