beautiful house right on the beach, also a great terrace with garden in front of the house is a shallow beach perfect for children Giuseppe is very helpful and friendly

the cleaning could have been better. flies in the toillet and codweb in the cabins the old beds should be replaced. one is a waterbed and the other is a very old and hard bed. the shower could not stay up on the shower rod. for this price range per night these details should be better

We were not such fans of the waterbed but its ok

Absolutely stunning property right on the beachfront of the beautiful San Vito lo Capo beach, there's probably nothing comparable in San Vito. The garden of the house is absolutely beautiful, the layout of house, garden, porch is very well thought out. Perfect for families with kids of 2 years and up, kids have plenty of space to explore the garden, sun deck and beach by themselves. The house itself is very clean and tastefully decorated, it has all the amenities we could have wished for. Our host (Giuseppe) was absolutely great and very responsive. It's located a little outside the city, but only a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants in town. There's an automatic gate towards the street and a locking gate to the beach, the whole property feels very safe. The house is located on a plot with three other detached houses, but thanks to generous space and masterfully placed walls and vegetation you rarely catch a glimpse of these other houses.

Our only criticism is that the house has a tiny ensuite bathroom for each of its three bedrooms plus another downstairs bathroom, instead of one proper big bathroom for the whole floor or whole house. Great for staying there with multiple couples, a waste of space for a single family with small kids since we only used one bathroom anyway and would have preferred one large bathroom.

pristine, everything in perfect condition, spacious, the first floor terrace and sun roof and large garden give three outdoor options for eating it relaxing, but the indoor space is also wonderful. well appointed. well managed. Generous on little things as well, for instance the amount of coffee capsules. And the beach at San Vito lo capo is (rightly) family’s for its stunning location, but I actually think this is the best located villa of all - right in the sand, peaceful but a very short walk into the lovely town. We also met both the manager and the proprietor and both were very kind and helpful. In fact both brought us wonderful cannoli and other pastries from their favorite pasticceria. I used to live in Sicily so have been to many many villas but this was the best.
