Lagoas is a lovely residential with plenty of old world charm, two stunning roof terraces and all the modern comforts in its modest rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the en suite room had a TV and air con - all for 50 euros! Great location too in town - above a favourite traditional portuguese restaurant Zeca da Bica - it is really exceptional value for money. Highly recommend and I will definitely be coming back.
No complaints.

Owners very nice people. Place is well located close to sites, restaurants, bars, etc. Also very quiet inside. Overslept one day…
Nothing worth mentioning.
