We loved every minute! Faultless

Lovely location in an area which isn’t as popular with tourists as Marrakech. The Riad is located right by the walls but once inside, it’s peaceful and quiet. We stayed in a studio with 2 bedrooms. Both had ensuite facilities and large, comfortable beds (twin beds if required). The rooms were air conditioned which was a must during our stay. The decoration is very traditional with tiled floors, styled doors etc with access to the balcony, overlooking the pool. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, from reception staff to waiting and serving. They even make it special for my birthday at breakfast with some small cakes and candles. A really lovely gesture. The pool isn’t massive but most of the time, we had it to ourselves and it was lovely to relax in the heat, then cool off in the pool. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Omelette or scrambled eggs available, pancakes or traditional porridge for hot food. Plenty of fruit, yoghurt and pastries/cake, bread also available. Nice lunch menu with enough choice for everyone, from traditional Morrocan to things like spag bol. The skewers were a favourite for my teenage daughter. Dinner menu also has a good choice and fresh produce. We chatted to a family member of the owner and she was lovely, giving us advice of places we could visit and the area in general. The hotel were happy to organise a taxi, guide and meal at the oasis in Tiout for a set price making it an easy day out for us. We also used the spa treatments and as with everything else, they were great. My only suggestion here would be that it would have been useful to know what products they were using, as I did have a bit of a skin reaction for a few days after the Hammam. All in all, I’d highly recommend this hotel. It’s quiet and peaceful, excellent service and a short walking distance from other restaurants and the souks. It’s located away from the general tourist hub of Agadir and Marrakech, to give you a more authentic stay in Morocco.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like particularly. I loved it all. If I were to make a couple of suggestions, it would be to perhaps refresh the sun loungers. 2 of them had broken wheels that we had been using. Milk sachets in the rooms would be useful as I like a morning cuppa but take milk. Finally, some means of getting staff attention for the waiter beside the pool. Perhaps a bell or something in the hallway. Ourselves and we noticed other guests, sometimes found it difficult to find someone to order food or drinks. That said, reception is always manned if needed. None of the above reduced the enjoyment of our stay though and I’m merely making small suggestions for improvements.

Great pool. Attentive staff. Secure parking for my motorcycle. Good location.

The staff and the owner are friendly and courteous. And the pancakes are really good :)

The restrooms neither have a bidet nor a hand shower (which should be the bare minimum). This makes it very inconvenient and unfriendly for Muslim users.
