For us the location was ideal. The sauna was excellent with a cold, clear pond to jump into. Or, there was a shower option.
We couldn't get the cook top to work.

Great place to stay in Sigulda, very remote and surrounded by nature. The house was very simple, but ticked all boxes.
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Good location, nice area with a pond and common areas. Enough kitchenware to cook. I was super happy that there were electric radiators in the rooms because it was so cold outside.
Arriving into the place was complicated - I found a house where noone was able to help me. There was a sign that "If you arrive, please call this number", so I called and the person arrived in 5-10 minutes. Which was OK but not hassle free. The rooms were less nice than in the pictures (rooms need some refreshment). Some noise from the neighbours. Roads to the location were in bad condition.
