The house is 390m from the beach and 500m from shops. Built in a quiet subdivision it is new and equipped with all the necessary comfort. The master bedroom has a 20m² terrace facing the sea. Adoramos os dias que passamos em prado nesta linda casa. Tudo tem um toque muito especial. Adoramos as acomodações, a piscina, a churrasqueira o equipamento de som e as crianças curtiram muito o tênis de mesa e a quadra de areia e o espaço. O Local é bem próximo a praia de Novo Prado e ao Beco das Garrafas, que possui ótima estrutura com vários restaurantes com comidas deliciosas. Recomento muito, principalmente para viagens em família.
