Description of the house: A quiet secure dream holiday house that offers a large modern house featuring a large spacious deck, open air veranda, shaded sitting area and large pool. A dream holiday home that is perfect for a family. This modern house (built in 2014) offers accommodation in four private and separate suites 3 with queen beds and 1 suite with a double bed, and a separate bedroom with a bunk bed, all suites have their own private bathroom. The house has a common fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area. All rooms in this house are air conditioned. The house has been designed for comfort and relaxation, with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, on the front of the dining and living room that looks out over a beautiful deck and swimming pool. There is a shaded games/ BBQ area with a wet bar and fridge at one end of the pool. The house is situated in a secure gated closed condominium with a cool gentle breeze blowing through the palm trees.
The house offer lots of free parking and is located on a paved road.
The beaches and the Quadrado are just a few minutes away.
With indoor and outdoor lounges, a modern fully furnished kitchen, fruit trees in the garden and spacious pool that includes a shallow sunning area, it is a dream holiday house that is perfect for honeymooners or a family. The house is decorated with beautiful exotic hard woods, exotic wood dining table, wooden furniture and wood floors custom build by local craftsmen and artists. The house comes complete with all of the entertainment and communications link-ups of a modern luxury hotel.

Lugar tranquilo, seguro.
Os proprietários, Cristina e Arthur, nos deixaram bem à vontade. Ajudaram em tudo o que precisamos.
Piscina limpa todo o dia.

A casa foi perfeito, a localização é ideal, seguro em um condomínio fechado,
Foi tudo o que poderíamos pedir.
Passamos 7 dias fantásticos nesta casa, exatamente como as fotos mostram, muito aconchegante e confortável.
A casa é maravilhosa, realmente merece as 5 estrelas! Tudo funcionou perfeitamente, excelentes limpo roupas de cama e banho, tudo muito organizado.
Valeu muito a pena, lugar belíssimo. Quem for não se arrepnderá.
Enfim, não vejo a hora de voltar para esse paraíso!

A casa é tudo isso que está nas fotos e na descrição e muito mais. Tudo foi planejado para dias incríveis, graças aos cuidados dos proprietários, Cristina e Arthur, pessoas muito organizadas, honestas e atenciosas. A casa é linda, limpa e espaçosa, com móveis novos e luxuosos. Toalhas, roupas de cama, talheres, eletrodomésticos, etc, tudo de muita qualidade e conforto. Fomos num grupo de casais e todos acharam a casa perfeita, não da vontade de ir embora. Apesar de ficar num condomínio seguro, é preciso pegar carro para ir ao quadrado. Mesmo assim, indicaria a todos sem hesitar.

Great house.
This spacious luxury house was even larger and better than we expected. The house has a great location, just what we wanted. The Pool was wonderful. All of the rooms were well furnished and the beds were super comfortable. Great bathrooms, nice, warm and clean swimming pool.
The perfect base for a stay in Trancoso. Easy access, safe and close to everything.
The hosts provided us with more than we expected and with the best and kindest service we have ever had, our host was always ready to help. Thank you. We HIGHLY recommend this house, we hope to be back soon.
