There are five independent bungalows that comfortably accommodate groups of 15 to 20 people, with options for double and single beds to customize your setup. All have air conditioning, mosquito nets, premium hotel linens, and bathrooms with hot showers, hairdryers, and amenities. The staff (housekeeper and cook) is included in the daily rate and works every day from 8 am to 4 pm, so you don't need to worry about anything other than enjoying yourself. The gourmet area is worthy of a magazine: a reclaimed wood table for 12 people, a counter for 5 more, a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary dishes and cutlery. If you want to relax, just lie in the hammock, enjoy the swing overlooking the pool, or light the barbecue in the fully fenced backyard. We provide beach tennis rackets at no extra cost, powerful Wi-Fi (even portable!), a dedicated workspace, and a 50-inch TV with Netflix. The house has a private entrance, free parking, accepts pets, smokers, and long-term stays, and also allows for special events such as mini weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and corporate retreats. Strategic location in Trancoso: Easy access by paved road, no ferry required. The house is about 2.5 km from the beach and the Quadrado (town square), close to everything, but with the peace of nature all around.
