About this apartment rental
This charming apartment is situated in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast. It has been recently restored and you reach it going down a flight of seventy steps. The apartment comes with a living room tastefully furnished with one sofa (which can be used as a single bed), satellite television and internet connection wi-fi. From the living room you enter the large terrace with a gorgeous view: Positano on the right hand, the coastline on the left hand and in front, the island of Li Galli and in the distance the isle of Capri. The terrace is furnished with sun beds, sun umbrella and an iron wrought table which seats four people, ideal to have breakfast. The amenities of the kitchen are: a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a gas stove, a table for six hosts, a microwave, and an electric oven. Casa Le Agavi has two bathrooms with enclosed shower. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with a balcony and a twin bedroom.
The beach of La Gavitella is about 15 minutes from the apartment. The bus stop, a grocery and restaurants are at 10 minutes walk from the house.

The property manager was a very helpful, reachable person. Every question we had was answered swiftly. The property was extremely clean. The area was accurately described and beautiful. The only issue was the American coffee maker was difficult to use abd needed filters. Other than that it was perfect. We definitely found a perfect cappuccino place in town. I would highly recommend this place for family and friend vacations.

We had an amazing time staying at this property! The property was clean and Maria gave us a great breakdown of places to visit and all the information about the area including local stores, transport, etc. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Maria was an exceptional host. She welcomed us warmly with fresh vegetables from her garden and homemade limoncello, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She assisted with booking reservations and navigating the Amalfi Coast, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The property was beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed for 4 nights. The property has an absolutely gorgeous view of Praiano, Positano, and the mountains. The property is exactly as you see the pictures, and it was very clean (a must for my wife). The owners live next door, which is convenient if you have any issues or needs (very important when traveling abroad). Theyve been renting this property for two years. Parking is available on the street above and was relatively easy to find, and only 2 blocks away. When you visit the Amalfi coast you expect steps, and in this case the property is exactly 100 steps down from the street, with another 309 steps down from the villa to the village below for the market, restaurants, and the bus stop. There were only 2 minor downsides: 1) the beds are very firm, basic mattresses....but not totally uncomfortable, and 2) trying to meet the key holder (not the owners) was not easy since trying to meet at a local establishment, which is difficult with no parking on the main road.....but the appeal of the overall location, view, etc. easily overcame these two minor concerns.
