Camere Girasole

Camera pulita, funzionale, silenziosa.

Purtroppo la colazione era inesistente; siamo arrivati a mezz'ora dalla fine e c'erano qualche fetta biscottata, due brioches, qualche fetta di salume...

La stanza è provvista di aria condizionata, frigo piccolo, tv, prese elettriche ed interruttori comodi. La pulizia era ottimale, sia della stanza, che del bagno, è anche quella del ristorante annesso. Le pizze erano buone e il menù è vario ed economico per una località turistica. La colazione prevedeva buffet salato e dolce, con frutta fresca, lo staff era estremamente cortese.

La finestra non si poteva aprire, aveva un meccanismo elettrico scollegato, ma c'era l'aria condizionata.

The staff were lovely, very helpful and kind. Hotel location is great, 1.5 kilometres walk into Lazise but plenty of parking if you are there with a car. The bed was really comfy, good mattress and cushions, airco worked really well. It was nice to have a fab pizza restaurant attached to the hotel, the food was very good!

The furniture in the room needs an upgrade but the bed was comfy. The cleaners didn't clean anything or even sweep the floor but they did provide clean towels whenever you asked for them. The breakfast was very limited!

Das externe Putzunternehmen hat während meines sehr langen Aufenthaltes kein einziges Mal den Boden gewischt, maximal zweimal die Toilette gereinigt und die Dusche nicht einmal. Das Bett nicht abgezogen usw. Allerdings wurde jeden Tag das Bett gemacht und Handtücher wurden auf Anfrage gewechselt. Das Frühstück : es gab normalen Kaffee in der Thermoskanne und ein Cappuccino war kostenlos. Den zweiten Cappuccino musste man bezahlen. Brot war meist trocken. Wenn es Obst gab war es meistens runzelig usw. Obwohl ich ein Zimmer hatte mit Doppelbett und Ausziehcouch musste mein Mann den vollen Aufpreis für zwei Nächte bezahlen. Allerdings hatte ich das Zimmer als Einzelperson gebucht. Das war auf keinen Fall in Ordnung.
