    This is one of the best hostel i’ve been to. I cant forget Zermatt & this hotel. The bed setting is pretty private. The bed was comfortable, the reception was so kind, shower, toilet are clean. Location is insane. Like u come out of the train and its there. Like.. i cant ask for a better location. I was blessed!!! The station to go to gornegratt is also right there like.. what else can u ask for…. Everything is walking distance. 🫶🫶🫶

    It is just opposite to Zermatt railway station, Hotel staff is very polite and Helpful There is no lift Majority rooms are not attached to toilet/ private toilet-bathroom

    The hotel do not have a lift, it is very inconvenient for traveller with bigger luggage, and it's not elderly friendly. The luggage storage is at the basement, the only excess is to use 2 levels of staircase down. If your room is at level 2, we have to use our whole strength y to pull the luggage up. My husband injured his leg when we dropped off our 2 large luggage at the luggage storage room, making us feel exhausted and unpleasant.
