Stay in the hotel for one night, very friendly and knowledgeable staffs, they could give a lot of suggestions. Stayed in a junior suite with the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel located 4mins walk from the train station. Very close to the Main Street. Nice spa area for adults. Really lovely breakfast buffet. Highly recommended.

My booking confirmation clearly states “Double Room” However, the hotel assigned me a Ground Floor Double Room, which is a separate room category and has a different room size.
I raised this issue with the hotel manager, who told me that the room information listed on Agoda was incorrect and that the hotel could not offer any compensation.
I have stayed in this room for two nights. I booked based on the room category and details stated in my confirmation, and I would like Agoda to investigate this discrepancy.
