Exteriors:The Villa has a private pool, access to the sea and 3 private terraces:a terrace is located in front of the dining room and furnished with a table for 4 people;a terrace is located on the side furnished with deck chairs, an umbrella and swimming pool;a solarium situated on the top of the Villa
The access to the sea (110 easy steps from the house)The use of the pool is private and not shared with other people
Interiors:The Villa is on two levels and the first is made up of:A large combined living/dining with access to the large terrace with sea view and table;A functional kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven and microwave;A bathroom (no shower)
From the living 20 steps leads to the lower floor that consists of:2 double bedrooms boyh with two porthole windows, and furnished with a wardrobeA complete bathroom with two showersA bathroom with two sinks, toilet and a shower.
PLEASE NOTE:The pool was built the year 2016 and all the outdoor terraces have been restored. The interior furniture is very simple and functional but not luxurious
The access to the Villa is only for the people that rent the house. It is forbidden the access to other people at the pool and at the house. It is not possible to arrange parties
The pool is open from 1st May to 15th October The house has NOT a bbq and it's use is strictly forbidden

Great house and great host - friendly, responsive and very helpful (great recommendation for Amalfi parking garage). In-person check-in was a plus. The outdoor spaces here are amazing... the view, the pool and the many beautiful plants. Hope to return someday!

Highly recommend this Villa. Amazing views. Just a few steps to the ocean. Very private, it’s absolutely perfect. The property manager Rosella went above and beyond by meeting us upon arrival and walking us through the Villa. Worth every dollar. We hope to come back !

Amazing spot to spend time on the Amalfi coast. The house has everything you need and the outside patios and pool are tremendous. Ideal spot for a relaxing and gorgeous getaway.

Everything was just as it was presented and more! Just be aware that there are many steps down...and obviously as many steps up. Our only other comment was that the pool furniture could have been better. But overall, fantastic!
