About this house rental

Apartment with breathtaking sea view, located in the heart of the fishing village of Conca dei Marini, one of the most beautiful in Italy. From the house, about 200 steps (10 minutes on foot) lead down to the picturesque Marina di Conca, once home to a traditional tuna fishery, today an authentic and charming seaside spot.

The property, 115 sqm in size, consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room opening onto the sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 9 guests and is equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and bright, spacious interiors.

Just a few steps away (100 steps, about 5 minutes) lies the equipped beach with typical restaurants and a boat/taxi service available from May to October. The bus stop is located on the main coastal road, just above the steps, offering easy access to Amalfi, Positano and Ravello without the need for a car.

During your stay you will be assisted by Nunzia, always available for any needs. In addition, our staff can arrange, upon request, extra services such as luggage transport, private transfers by land or sea, restaurant reservations and local experiences. A simple and relaxing way to enjoy the Amalfi Coast, combining comfort with authenticity.

Beautiful location! Comfortable lodging! We didn’t read the emails received after booking and didn’t know that there are 200 steps down to the house- we were traveling with three generations of family and, although we wish this was included in the listing that we exhaustedly chose, the owners worked with us to make our stay more comfortable. The older generation limited their movement in and out of the house, which was easier than usual since the view is so idyllic, and the kids had no problem at all. Thank you!

The size of the home and the beds were perfect. The property manager Nunzia was so fantastic. She met us the first day to check us in and during our entire stay was so helpful making us dinner reservations in amazing local restaurants and arranging transportation for us. The only thing I'll say is that you need to be fit to get up and down the 200 steps to the house but it is definitely worth the cardio. Plus Nunzia arranged for us a porter to bring our bags up and down to the house which was well worth it. I would recommend this place and area to any family looking to experience an amazing, low key picturesque town on the Amalfi coast that's not as crowded and commercialized as Positano and Amalfi. We will be coming back to this place for sure!!

We’ll review the positives first: great location with great views! Not busy like Positano or Amalfi. It’s actually perfect with three restaurants, towel/chair/umbrella rental and boat taxis a little over 100 stairs down. In other words, you have everything you need without the crowds! Nunzia was our contact and helped us from a porter to carry our bags up and down the stairs to groceries to water taxis to hiring a private boat and skipper for the day. The cons weren’t necessarily in the control of the owner, but it was definitely a nuisance. For half of our stay, we had no water. It was on and off and there was no telling when it would shut off. A couple of mornings we had to leave the house without showers. Other days we’d come back from a long and hot day (it was mid 90’s) to no water for showers. We’d also be in the shower with shampoo in our hair and the water would go out. Turned out to be a local issue and not a “house” issue, but thinking this isn’t the first time this has happened in that area. The second issue was that there was construction happening on the floor right below us. We woke up to hammering two days in a row and one day they were cutting tile 8ft under our windows and it was very loud and dusty. OK so having said all of that, the water issue was a town issue and the construction should have just been communicated to us prior to our stay. Loved the town of Conca Dei Marini!. It is full of wonderful and friendly people. Enjoy and thank you Nunzia!

Amazing place and great host. There are a lot of steps from the road to the house. Consider having host set up couriers to bring your stuff.
