This lovely three bedroom villa, located 2 km west of Nerja, has two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests.
It is an attractive, comfortable and homely villa with air conditioning, a gently shelving private pool and large sun terrace to enjoy. It is set in a quiet, semi-rural location but within 10 minutes' walk of Playazo beach with local restaurants and bars there too.
The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:
Outside: Large private swimming pool, patio furniture, shaded terrace, fenced garden area, barbecue, pool table and table tennis, private parking area.
Inside: Air conditioning (with heating for the cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), iron, TV with satellite channels (Spanish, English, German, French), DVD player, cot and high chair.
In the large kitchen, the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
The property has two bathrooms, both with a large walk-in shower cubicle and wc.
All 3 bedrooms at this villa have air conditioning units to help you sleep more comfortably at night.
Villa Cortijillo is located 72 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 500 metres from the local bus stop at Marinas de Nerja hotel, 2.5 km from the bus station in Nerja, 650 metres from Playazo beach, 2 km from Supersol supermarket, 2.5 km from the centre of Nerja with an abundance of lovely shops, bars and restaurants, 3 km from the famous Balcon de Europa in Nerja, 7.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 7 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 26 km from Aquavelis water park, 29 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.

Stayed at Villa Cortijillo 3rd September for a week. The villa lived up to expectations and more. Excellent facilities - the owner had thought of everything you may need. The outside kitchen area was fantastic, and pool and garden area beautiful. We were initially cimcerned about the distance fron Nerje centre but it was a pleasant half hour walk (approx) along the road, or path next to beach with a number of beach bars along the way. Spain sun rentals kept us fully informed with photos and Wattsapp messages re arrivals; transport arrangements. The owner Rocio also replied immediately by phone when we had a query and rectifed the issue immediately. It would have been useful to have a sheet of useful info - ie were the bins were (next to Marina de Nerje approx 5 mins walk) but notified immediately once asked. Taxis easy to phone and get from Marina de Nerje as was the bus. We would definately consider returning to the villa in the future and definately will use Vrbo and Spain Sun Rentals again.
