We were in the apartment for 2 months and never got tired of the beautiful view. The apartments are not prefect but the responsive service by Casasol more than makes up for things. We had a few teething problems the internet router when we arrived, but Zak came up to the apartment late that very evening with a replacement router that worked perfectly. We had a small issue on Christmas Eve and again someone dropped by within the hour to address the issue. It made us very happy and we will return :) We had the feeling that the apartment was only superficially cleaned. Some of the cutlery was missing (only 2 small spoons) but we bought a new set of tea spoons, bread knife, tea towels etc. and left those in the apartment for other guests. The bathroom on the top floor next to the master bedroom had a bad smell that remained throughout.
