Probably be better to look at alternative places before booking.
Staff was ok only reception, however they spoke to me as though I knew the area but never been before.
Room was cold, due to inadequate heater, wi-fi did not reach rooms, tv kept going out of tune in rooms, sink not big enough to fill kettle, only 1 - 230v socket available, no heater in bathroom. duvet on bed was thin and not big enough for bed. no sports TV in bar area only terrestrial channels. Food (Carvery, but not self service) was promoted as freshly cooked 3 meats, however only meat was available and the veg was frozen veg and frozen style roast potatoes, gravy was like water.

Location was good, ample free car parking space. Friendly and welcoming reception staff. Good value for money.
Pillows were not very good a little lumpy and hard. A small shelf in shower would be useful to put toiletries on when in use.

Disappointed in the cleaning and the staff
The property was in a good location
I payed for an upgraded room On arrival several members of staff chatting in the office and we were not shown or directed to our room We had to go back and ask as the rooms were poorly labelled There was a fire extinguisher propping open the bar door On entering our upgraded room The windows were showing condensation on the inside The bathroom was dirty The wall at the side of the toilet had something splashed up the side of the wall There was a radiator in the bedroom that has stuff spilt down the front and not been cleaned in a while There was mould in the shower tray There was a loud drip sound that kept us awake all night It sounded like the guttering but we could not see what it was There was no one on reception on the night to inform but we told staff
