The hotel was lovely inside and out. There was always someone to help with enquiries and give advice on things of interest locally

Very freindly staff, very atentive, always ready to help and answer any questions you had, about the facilities within the hotel and lots of local knowledge, they helped to make our stay very enjoyable, the food was fantastic, the breakfast set you up for the day! I will be recomending this hotel to family and friends without fear. Charmouth and Lyme Regis are great places to visit with lots to see and do, did some sea glass hunting on Charmouth beach, very good, and possibly find a fossil or two, but i didnt this time! Overall great hotel, great part of the world to visit!!

Clean and friendly staff. Very relaxing stay.
There was nothing I didn’t really dislike of our stay. However, I would recommend a car to explore the area.

Friendly reception staff. Big room and the spa bath was great. Quiet and clean.
Food was disappointing. There was a set dinner time, but even then we had to wait, which was not highly desirable after a 6 hr drive.
