Nice swimming pool,and bar area.
Bit out of way to walk to Lyme Regis, but bus stop just outside.

would prefer self service breakfast room small but clean old looking tv not many channels could do with a modern tv

Clean, great location & attentive staff.
Interior design is clunky and outdated, breakfast was uninspired and would've been ok to skip. I think the decor and kitchen let the staff down... putting some effort into this operation would certainly pay off.
