About this house rental
Summer ground-floor residence, lately renovated and fully equipped. Ideal located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Plakias, 3' min. walk distance from Plakias beach, taverns and shops all by the sea. Perfect for families and couples, who want to spend memorable and relaxed vacations. Spacious courtyard and garden plus private parking area. Enjoy your stay!
Interior space
Home furnishing all set on a 75 sq.m. groundfloor apartment. A spacious living room contains a comfortable corner couch, smart sateliteTV, plus a fire place. A fully equipped built-in kitchen with all the necessary equipment and more, plus plenty of provisions. A stylish big table is appropriate for your breakfast, meal or dinner. Some steps further, you will find the elegantly decorated bedrooms to ensure a blissful sleep. Fine bed linens as well as towels are provided. There is one modern bathroom with shower column and cabin spacious enough to enjoy a cool shower after a long-hot day. We also supply any toiletries you may need or have forgotten. A second bathroom if needed, is outside and beside the house, where you'll find the washing machine. Finally, all beach equipment is provided.
Exterior space
Reaching our home in the center of Plakias and entering the yard-gate, you'll find yourself in a 600m2 area in simple mediterranian style with lemon and orange trees and old sycamores in the background beside a small river which is flowing to the sea a few meters away. On a separate area with gravels on the ground you'll find a round table and a concrete bench under the trees with rich shadow reflecting tranquility. Some steps further there is a lovely terrace as an extension of our indoor space, with armchairs and a side table, an ideal relaxed siting area for your coffee or wine. Plants and lighting, once darkness sets in, create a special atmosphere. Not much more needed, to enter in the glorious spirit of summer. These lazy days and endless warm evenings under the sound of cicadas....

Summary of reviewsBeautiful location of the house directly in Plakias. Friendly reception even late at night with a fridge filled and a delicious homemade cake. Ideal for hiking and beach access within 2 minutes' walk. Highly recommended accommodation.

Schöne Lage des Hauses direkt in plakias. Wir kamen erst auf Grund der Flüge um 03.00 Uhr an und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Kühlschrank war schon gefüllt sogar ein selbstgebackener Kuchen. Sehr lecker. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen bietet Plakias eine ideale Lage und für die wärmere Jahreszeit hat man den Strand in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und ein sehr guter Standort daher auch schon im April sehr empfehlenswert.

Une maison très bien située au centre de la station balnéaire de Plakias, mais un peu en retrait des bars et restaurants. L'intérieur de la maison est joliment décoré, tout est pensé pour le confort des hôtes et les propriétaires ne manquent pas de laisser des petites attentions selon le pays et la typologie des occupants. La salle de séjour est vaste, la cuisine extrêmement bien équipée, et les chambres de tailles confortables. Seul l'environnement extérieur (les arbustes sont en train de pousser !) n'invite pas à séjourner sur la terrasse, meme si le coin repas extérieur a été bien aménagé et pas mal de bâtiments (futurs hotels ?) en construction à côté.
La piscine commune de la résidence Manolis, en face, est bien appréciable ! Une belle adresse en tout cas que nous recommandons chaleureusement !
