This accommodation was first class in every way and I highly recommend it. My wife Iand I travel extensively throughout Europe (approx. 50 stays per year, each year over the past 10 except the two Covid years) and have a good idea of reasonable expectations.
The wind! A storm raged during the entire visit. Mother Nature was angry!

We were very happy with our reception by Maria and our well proportioned, well designed room on the first floor - light and airy, with an integrated balcony offering a view of the sea over to the impressive cliffs on the far side of the bay. We had some cooking facilities and a fridge too.
The premises, still family owned. has been recently updated with modern bathrooms. spotless, polished stone staircases and flooring throughout, and cheerfull low key decoration..
Flisvos rooms are 'on the front', integrated into the sensitively developed upper end of Plakias' beach road, neighbouring good hotels and interesting shops with several supermarkets - and a large inviting bakery cum cafe, within six or seven minutes walk. The tamarind bordered beach with its good choice of facilities is literally a stones throw across the road.
Nothing..... the genuine welcome's just the same, the food's fantastic everywhere, the white lilies still bloom early autumn on the beach, and the sun shines on...
