The location of the hotel is perfect. It’s not too far from the ADO bus station. The staff members were friendly and quite helpful. I enjoyed the pool and even though I didn’t manage to eat at their restaurant or use the spa I bet the services would have been great.

The Spanish colonial and traditional Mayan decoration throughout the building complex and the hotel rooms was exceptional and provided a real sense of occasion.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beds were comfortable.
Very central to the bus station, local restaurants and Parque de las Palapas.
The rooms themselves were tired, the bathroom plumbing had seen better days. Rooms are not equipped with tea/coffee making facilities.
The loud music noise from the karaoke on the ground floor and neighbouring restaurant was a problem until late at night for the two nights we stayed; not sure if this is always the case.
