The location is good and the beds are comfy. But that's all. There is absolutely no hot water in the shower therefore we weren't able to properly shower for two nights we stayed. The WiFi is probably the worst one in the whole Mexico. You have to stand outside your room to catch the signal and the router was just outside the room. Definitely wouldn't recommend to stay here.

Pros: This place is located in heart of downtown close to everything including Ando bus station where you can get bus to all the major places, night market, streetfood, mercado 23 etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious, clean.
Cons: almost no hot water. Door key need to be recoded everytime you want to open the door. It is a bit noisy at late night.
It is worth the money and recommend for short stay.

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My bikini and towel were stolen from the pool area, and the way the staff handled it was completely unacceptable.
From the moment I reported it, the reception staff kept saying they would “check the cameras,” but nothing happened unless I went back again and again to chase them. There was no urgency, no follow-up, and no sense that they actually cared. The burden was entirely on me as a guest.
Eventually, it was discovered that another guest had stolen my belongings. At that point, I asked the hotel for a simple written report so I could file an insurance claim. Since then, they have been ignoring my messages and not responding on calls.
What made this even worse was the attitude at reception. Staff were sitting there watching videos on their phones and genuinely did not give a f*** about guests or their problems. There is clearly no basic duty of care here, either for personal belongings or for guest wellbeing.
Mistakes can happen, but how a hotel responds matters. This place showed zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.
