The hotel is super cute, the decorations, every detail is very authentically Mexican and cozy. The staff was superb; Simon was above and beyond. The breakfast was amazing, homemade food, and you could feel they thought about every ingredient, everything was made with care. The pool area is very beautiful. We felt like we were guests in someone's home, very well received and taken care of. The location could not be more perfect, close to Cancun's main square, with lots of events taking place there. I could not recommend this place enough!
Nothing. Simply great!

The breakfast was delicious! Very well presented, always looked beautiful. It felt like the chef loved his job! All of the staff and hosts are very friendly and very helpful.
I would have liked coffee making facilities in my room.

Very nice apartment in Cancun, equipped in everything you can need (beach towels included). Safe area, lots of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Very friendly owner.
I was a bit worried that the parking space was on the street as it was the rental car.
