Location is excellent. Huge, spacious apartment.

Toilets are outdated, smell and don't drain properly. Beds are uncomfortable and could do with an update.

There are number of steps before reach the lift. A bit of challenge with suitcases. Some sort of rail for suitcases of wheelchairs should be considered

Spacious studio with good facilities. Charming little balcony, lovely views. Good location with coffee shops and restaurants near by.

On a main road so a bit of traffic noise.

The location was very good and it was safe/secure (although most residents did not shut the outer door)

Very few photos from the website were from the specific apartment we booked. There was very limited furniture (e.g. no lounge suite, just 3 chairs), the ironing board was dirty, the sink in the bathtub did not work well and needed the plug to be pulled out to drain. Overall, the biggest disappointment was I chose this apartment for the photos knowing it was more expensive than others and I found out that the apartment I got was not the one from most of the photos (I assume they had multiple apartments available)
