A lovely simple apartment in the heart of Vienna, with a supermarket just a short walk away. Many attractions are easily accessible on foot, making it a great choice for a short stay. Highly recommended!

El apartamento está situado en pleno centro, muy bien comunicado. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas. El apartamento era muy amplio y estaba muy bien equipado. El complejo de apartamentos tiene una zona común también muy bien equipada y práctica. El personal estuvo en contacto constante con nosotros siempre que lo necesitamos y con una gran disposición para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitamos durante la estancia.

The location is the number one reason to stay here. The room was fine, nothing special. Remember, this is not a hotel. You're staying in a small, studio apartment and except for the cleaning person who does a pretty good job, there is NO other staff--you are forewarned. As many other people have said, Stefan is a nice guy and often goes the extra mile to help out. However in our case, he said he was going to do something for us as a special request (I'm intentionally not mentioning what it is, but it wasn't even borderline "special")...anyway he ignored his promise to do it and avoided us when we followed up. It made our stay less convenient. Would I stay here again? Probably not...I'd spend a little more and stay "down the park ring" at the place we've stayed three times before which was much better. We decided to save a bit of cash this trip and next trip we won't skimp. On the other hand, if you're going for a budget option with a good location you could do a lot worse.
