This was just the perfect property! It’s an absolute steal! You get the best location near to all manner of shops, pubs, and the Piccadilly line taking you either to the heart of Zone 1 or to London Heathrow! The staff really takes the experience from a regular one to one that is unforgettable! I cannot recommend this place more highly!

The hotel was in a good location, the neighborhood seemed safe, and bus stops were nearby.
The rooms had a kettle, which was a plus, good shower pressure, and heat in the room.
We were always met by young receptionists, all of whom were very friendly and helpful.
We were given a basement room with a narrow, small window overlooking the stairs and morning garbage, cold coming from the window.
We didn't check in until around 9 PM, so we probably got the last room. When we booked, we were shown a different room, with no mention of it being a basement.
We brought this up to the friendly staff, and the next day they changed us to a bright, spacious room on the fourth floor. Thank you very much.

Helpful staff (gave me extra blanket and fixed small issue with the heating). Very good location, walking distance to metro station.
Room was very small (no place for a large suitcase in case travelling with one) and basic.
