We stayed for one night only - had no issues except room is a bit small for 4 people- the sofa bed isn't very comfortable and when it is extended, there is barely any space to walk around - I would say perfect for 2 people

Had a great time at the hotel. We arrived before noon and was lucky enough to be able to check-in right away. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Room is new and clean. Super comfortable bed. Complementary fruits and food (cereal, milk, water, butter). Quiet neighborhood.
Things to note in terms of location. The hotel is around 10-min walk from the tube (there is a side walk from the tube to the exit on Warwick Rd. which takes around 5 mins, plus 5 mins from the exit to the hotel). No grocery nearby as it is residential area. The ones closest are on Earls Court Rd., and a large Tesco where you need to walk for a bit.
Small things to improve:
-Shower floor is quite slippery while wet, would be good to have anti-slip mat just in case.
-Some shelves to place your stuff at the washbasin would be great.
-Bathroom lighting in my room type is automatic. Sometimes it turns off in the middle of your shower and you have to open the shower door or move in order to turn it on again (if you do not spend much time in the shower this might not be a problem).
-Quite a lot of dust under the bed.
-Instructions for dishwasher/washing machine/air conditioner/heater would be great.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

I only stay 4 nites. Should not have book such a semi service apt. There is no services after checkin - NO cleaning, change of towels, bedsheet. So it it good for long term stay . It is NOT suitable for short term stay. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable.
