Absolutely fabulous hotel in a great location staff were accommodating and fantastic in every respect the hotel has sensational restaurant we would definitely recommend this hotel

The facilities were good, the pool area was lovely, and the spa.

Unfortunately whilst we were staying here we lost a couple of items, and the staff were standoffish and not helpful at all. My shirt went missing from my room, staff make a note of it but then don’t seem to follow anything up or communicate with you. My air pods also suspiciously went missing. I left them on my sunbed, and shortly after went down to find them and Find My iPhone told me they were at the bar. Later that evening they were seen to be in an apartment in Vietri, they then moved and when we tracked them the app told me they were in a car that we had previously seen parked in the hotel, which didn’t seem like a tourist/hire car as it had a lot of cracks and dents in it. Mentioned this to the staff and they didn’t bother looking in to it. They didn’t seem willing to help at all. The room was very dated compared to the images, expected it to be more of a luxury room than what it was, images are misleading. They leave snacks on the desk with no price list, so you think they’re complimentary but they charge you for them. No kettle.
