Relais Paradiso

We stayed at the Relais Paradiso for four nights in June whilst celebrating my partner’s birthday. The hotel is beautifully modern and very comfortable. We stayed in room 110, it has beautiful views and a spacious balcony. The indoor bath is perfect for a cool bath on a hot day! The shower is also good, with decent water pressure. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the staff go out of their way to accommodate your requests. The highlight of the restaurant is definitely the beautiful view. For one night we asked to upgrade to the paradiso suite, the staff confirmed it was available and accepted our request. The room is beautifully appointed with a deep indoor bath and the quirky feature of a revolving bed! The shallow pool on the ample outdoor space is ideal to sit in as you enjoy the Amalfi coast sun. We did not want to leave the room! Overall our stay was made by perfect and personalised by the staff, Conny, Carmelo and Rosario on reception - they were very helpful and made good suggestions of things to visit nearby. Anna, Ronan, Mauro and Michele (Robert de Niro lookalike), Ester and Carmen all made our stay exceptional!

Location is not comfortable for pedestrians, you need to have car or scooter, because taxi is really expensive. Staff will help you with everything at the place!!

Beautiful views from the room and balcony. Exceptional service Breakfast great too. Dining in the restaurant also recommended.

1km walk into Vietri sul Mare or paying for the hotel shuttle bus which had limited times/seats. Very noisy too from the road below

Good view from bedroom. Some staff very kind and helpful. Others a bit grumpy

Not a 5 star hotel ( more like decent 4 star). Pool has tiles missing and loungers old and falling to bits. Not a great breakfast ; food quality low grade for a supposed 5 star hotel . Some areas need a repaint / updating
