We loved staying with you. ALL your staff were delightful and very helpful and kind, without exception. The staff make this place a very nice place to stay.
The food was poor considering the exceptional produce available in Italy. The cold meats and cheese at breakfast were poor quality and lacked flavour. We ate dinner twice in the hotel after long days sight seeing. The selection again was limited with no specials . We had sea bass it was cooked very poorly, no seasoning over cooked and tiny! Not cooked by someone who knew what they were doing! Very poor and let's the Hotel down.
Also the shuttle service from the village doesn't work always late or doesn't turn up, in a week's stay we didn't manage to use it!! Perhaps the driver needs to communicate with people waiting?!

I stayed with my mom and two teenage kids, and we loved everything! The hotel is peaceful, with amazing sea views, clean and spacious rooms, and a great breakfast with fresh croissants. The receptionist was incredibly kind — she helped us organize a two-hour boat trip to Amalfi, checked all details, and even handled the language barrier perfectly. Private parking was very convenient too; they offered to keep my car keys so I could just relax. They also know provide shuttle bus on the schedule to reach Vietri sul Mare center to enjoy ceramics shopping.
Nothing really — only that the spa was closed for the season. We hope to enjoy it next time.

The hotel is beautifully located, overlooking a breathtaking view — an absolute dream to wake up to each morning.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. Breakfast is rich, varied, and absolutely delicious.
But above all – the service! Every single member of the hotel staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help.
A special thanks to Connie and Katerina at the reception, who welcomed us with warm smiles, helped us plan the perfect itinerary, and shared wonderful recommendations for restaurants and trips in the area.
A truly perfect place for a relaxing, warm, and pampering stay – we will definitely come back! 🌸

Good view from bedroom. Some staff very kind and helpful. Others a bit grumpy
Not a 5 star hotel ( more like decent 4 star). Pool has tiles missing and loungers old and falling to bits. Not a great breakfast ; food quality low grade for a supposed 5 star hotel . Some areas need a repaint / updating
