About this villa rental
This beautiful, classically designed villa with great personality and charm is set in a fantastic location, high up on the hill in Nueva Andalucia, facing east and the beautiful view over the Las Brisas Golf Course and La Concha mountain to the east and with a slightly restricted view south towards Marbella and the sea. Puerto Banus and sandy beaches are only some five minutes drive away and four major golf courses within ten minutes. It is located in a very calm and quiet area without any traffic noise - relaxing and energizing.
The 489 sqm villa offers a courtyard entrance that leads straight into a double-sided hallway into the charming lounge with an open log fireplace. You continue through the lounge on the large, covered, furnished terrace, overlooking the large heated pool with children-proof cover.
