Enjoy the view and relax

We liked everything, too bad our stay was short. It is a lovely space, equipped with all you need, clean, confortable and nicely decorated. You have a parking spot indoor and an elevator to reach level 0 for your stay. The host is very kind and helpful, Iele gave us some great suggestions of pastry shops and places to eat. The view is amazing, the jacuzzy is a treat and the garden is beautiful. We will be back here for sure!

There is nothing not to like, honestly! It is perfect for a couple, or a small family. Note that the open kitchen and living room has the island where 3 can sit and eat (we were 4). But the terrace is large and with great views. Know that you will have a store at 15-18 minutes of walking distance. And most streets don't have a walking side, they are narrow, so to save time it is best to take the car.

Excellent stay at a beautiful place

With the four of us we had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, spacious, nice beds and above all a nice garden with a beautiful veranda with an excellent view, enough shadow and sunlight. The jacuzzi is amazing: with a view on the lake and the stars at night it’s very romantic. The swimming pool is nice with lots of space in the surrounding garden. About the house: enough storage space in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom (I love that!). To lake Como it’s a nice ten minute walk through the small and winding streets of Lenno. Lenno itself is friendly and beautiful with nice options for excellent Italian food. From the house it is easy to find a few good hiking tracks up to the mountains and a church (unesco world heritage site). Well, we loved it and definitely want to come back.

Highly recommend

First time for us not staying at a hotel. We had a great experience. Had our own jacuzzi. Walking distance to plaza with great restaurants.

There’s no AC but the nights are cool. Only thing is there are no screens to keep bugs out. Was worried about that but everything went smooth.

Real gem in the heart of Lake Como

The apartment is simply awesome, beautiful garden, private jacuzzi as a treat, very few neighbors, really everything you need. There is also safe parking inside, and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. The host Lele is super helpful, shared tips in advance on how to get there and what to do nearby, also spent 2 hours trying to fix from afar a small problem with the TV we had, I can really say only the best about the place.

Amazing first stay in Lake Como

The stunning views that you could look out on at the breakfast table or the jacuzzi. Lele the host also was super helpful in giving us recommendations of where to go and eat, all the way up to sorting a taxi to the airport.

Beautiful view! This stay was perfect for us. Gorgeous location, the host was great at checking we were ok (especially as there was a storm during our stay) and the hot tub was fantastic. There is no aircon, but there is a very good fan which kept the place cool, and keeping the shutters shut also helped so we did not struggle with the heat. The swimming pool is shared with 2 other flats, but it was easy to go there when noone else was there. It is up a hill, but then that's why the view is so good! We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back one day.

Great property with a great view

Upon arrival, I was met by someone who showed me around the property and went over a few of the available amenities. The property was spacious enough for two adults and two young kids. The price to stay may seem a bit higher than some others available in the area but I am happy that I decided on this place over others because the view of Lake Como from the property makes this all worth it. I would recommend staying here for at least 3 nights or more to get the most of what Lake Como has to offer. there is also a boat rental nearby with reasonable pricing. My stay here was fantastic and would recommend that others choose this place over some others in the area.

I think my only complaint is that there are some bushes that I personally would trim or remove so you can get a better view of the lake from the hot tub that is also available.

The space is good

-The check in an check out policy was horrible. The charged me 40 euro for late check in and this is the first time I hear about late check in. - The check out was at 10 am and they didn’t except to extend it to 11 am. -The location is far. -Driving to the property is bad. - I contacted the owner and complained about check in and check out policy but he insisted that he didn’t do anything wrong. -I don’t recommend it at all because they lack the sense of hospitality. You will hear lots of instructions from them ( do and don’t ) as if you are having a free stay.

Beautiful location @ lake como

Great location, beautiful views, kids (9 and 10) loved the pool and jacuzzi. Private garage for car. Good hospitality by both Lele and Chiara. Make sure to buy some mosquito repellent in August. Retaurants and supermarket are easily reachable by both car and on foot (if you don’t mind a steep walk back to the apartment). What we absolutely loved was renting a boat for 2 hours to explore lake como @ Cantiere Cadenazzi (decent prices, €125 for 2 hrs) in Lenno.

What we have definitely missed is airconditioning or at least a fan. Temperatures reached 27-28 C in the apartment itself in August. Due to the mosquitos it was no option to open windows in the evening.

This place is fantastic, i cannot rate it highly enough, its decorated modernly and has great little touches such as the jacuzzi, netflix and wifi. We also loved the patio and garden areas with the fantastic views. The photos on here dont do the view justice, so that was a nice suprise. Would definately stay again.
