Pretty, but on a VERY high hill!

The view was beautiful

No car wants to take you back to your home or drop you off there. We almost had to walk up with luggage because our car we hired didn’t want to drive up there. If you don’t have a car it’s a trail of tears back to the house and it’s not really discussed in other reviews. The host was nice to begin with, but then when we stayed at the house turned a bit cold. They left prosecco in the fridge for us, no notes about charging for it, then there was an awkward exchange about how we should have cash to pay for it. If it’s not free - tell us. They also were not very helpful and actually made us feel stupid at one point about transportation. It was my brother’s honeymoon and I didn’t think it was very nice.

Very Nice!

The view was awesome!! House was very nice and comfortable. We loved it.

The location can be hard for the ones who doesn’t have a car. We had a rental car therefore it was not a problem. The laundry machine is not working properly or may be we couldn’t manage to use it. Clothes were wet with detergant. You should ask the owner. The cleaning lady came while we were still getting ready to check out. She waited inside the house while were packing.

Pack your binoculars!

The location was up a very steep hill (mostly avoidable through an alternate route provided by the hosts), but that's the price you pay for such spectacular views! Plenty of parking available. Everything was sparkling clean and modern. We had a minor miscommunication with where the keys were located, and the host was quick to answer his phone and help us out. The kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking meals -- we really could not have asked for more.

The apartment is very nice and the view is incredible, and looks exactly like in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The host was also very friendly and accommodating. What I would recommend for people arriving without a car and carrying luggage, is to book a taxi in advance because generally in the Lake Como region taxis are rather rare and the way to the accommodation is a little steep.

The place was superb. Clean and in an amazing location with stunning views. The host Simona was also great, she came with a handyman immediately when we told her the washing machine was not working. I would highly recommend Simonas son "Giovanni" for a boat tour around the lake. Brilliant experience.

We were lucky to have a rental car. Without a car it's going to be difficult to access the property.

Must leave the apartment with a car if you want to walk it is very difficult ups and very steep descents. Even with the vehicle it is difficult to get out because the road is two-way but very narrow even for one vehicle

the only issue is the mirror light in the upstiar bathroom was not working. We tried to call the owner by call & text message but couldn't get any feedback from her. This is the thing we were disappointed!!!

Excellent view in a modern and spacious apartment

The high location is both the biggest plus but also a little minus. The view is extraordinary and 180 degrees view to the lake. But given the location you have to drive whenever you want to go out. The hosts are extremely nice and the service was top nodge.

The pool was ok but not the same standard as the rest of the house / apartment.

Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Etwas beschwerlich den Weg dorthin zu finden.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment über 2 Stockwerke und 2 Balkone mit einem fantastischen Blick über den Comer See. Die beiden Schlafzimmer lagen im oberen Stockwerk ebenso eines der Badezimmer. Der wohn- essbereich , Küche und das zweite Badezimmer lagen im 1 Stock. Für gehbehinderte ist die Unterkunft nicht geeignet, da das Appartement nur über eine Treppe ohne Geländer erreichbar ist. Auch im Appartement sind die Schlafzimmer nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar.
