Large tired space - needs serious revamp- update.

Location was excellent for the conference we were in Southampton to attend. The space is large 5 bedrooms. Beds comfortable and clean. Space was clean.

Multiple issues - we reported to the management company - but they were not resolved during our stay. Not the end of the world - but not really acceptable. Space is very tired. Main issues water coming through the ceiling from one bathroom (2nd floor) to another (1st floor) - reported - not fixed. Washing machine about to die - bearing very (very) noisy. Threadbare carpet on the stairs. Minimal level loop cheap carpet throughout - slack and wrinkled on most floors. No parking or WiFi instructions left for arrival - had to chase the management company. To be fair to the MC - they responded within a few hours with instructions on how to find the WiFi password and where to park. Very minimally furnished corporate space.

Stay was very nice. Parking was a bit confusing as was ts sure exactly what spot to park in.

Size is nice as it’s large and spacious. Also liked the warmth of the property. Lots of rooms for everyone.

There was a stale smell in the living room probably from previous occupants. Perhaps some spray to wipe down the sofas etc. A lot of stairs for me as I have bad knees.

House was very spacious, clean and great location. Plenty of tea, coffee etc.Plenty of towels were provided.

Parking space was not easy to find at all and there were no painted lines or sign to say this was it. Lady on the phone tried her best to direct us which we found eventually. This was incredibly frustrating and did not give us a good first impression of the property.

9 Jessie Terrace

First impressions were great. It was close to our wedding venue, and had a great entertaining/communal area.

Firstly there was no parking permit, this got remedied though but I was still worried about getting towed, or getting a ticket in that first hour. Secondly two of the beds were broken with the slats Bering piled to one side, and in one of the top floor rooms not only was the bed broken but one of the bedside lamps didn't have a plug socket to go into. It looked to have been included for symmetry and nothing else Also a number of latches were missing handles and bolts, there was only one working shower for all the people present, and the dishwasher didn't work. Overall it was quite disappointing given the cost and I wouldn't come back here unless some major revamp was undertaken.

An enjoyable stay!

Family stay, couple & 3 adult children. House was a great size, 5 double bedrooms, large kitchen diner, conservatory & lounge. Location was awesome, right next to Oxford St bars and restaurants where we met up with family & friends. Short walk to West Quay shopping centre & St Mary's Stadium for the footy where I watched Saints beat Norwich, ideal. All towels and linen included. Staff fantastic issued 2nd set of keys on request.

Property well lived in, perhaps a bit tired, could do with a freshen up. Dishwasher not great.

Perfect as a crew house for mixed group

Good location and good number of rooms

Small bathroom one on the sinks didn’t drain properly and bathroom door wouldn’t lock also could do with more seating for dinner and relaxing

Fantastic space, great location for shops and eating out. Beds were so comfy. Great garden space. Would definitely stay again

Should have had a parking permit but this was not supplied. The lounge TV is very outdated with poor picture quality.

Good position. Big house suitable for more than 1 family. Lots of external space.

No parking available we had to pay and display for the full week. We received welcome email stating we should have found a parking permit, however it was not in the house. We also had to wait at checking as rooms were not ready after check in time started. Cleanliness was just acceptable. Also external door from conservatory was broken and we had to stay in the house the first evening and eat takeaway as we were unable to securely lock the house.
