Spacious and well laid out, great bedroom with a very comfortable bed and bedding.
Bathroom a little tired, cooker was complicated to use

Great location just off the Esplanade, and close to shops for essentials.
Sofa bed not very comfortable. Pillows could also do with replacing.

A really good location.
Free parking.
Comfortable bed.
It was very dirty, a big lipstick mark on a cup in the cupboard.
A broken toilet seat (which looking at reviews was mentioned over a year ago).
An unsafe cracked mirror in the hallway.
A lot of dirt under the bed & sofa. Crisp packets, headband & crayons under the sofa.
No way to close one of the blinds in the bedroom.
A big crack on one of the living room windows.
