Ottima posizione per arrivare a piedi al mare in cinque minuti ,stanza bella e pulitissima ,zona tranquilla con diversi servizi nelle vicinanze ,il proprietario disponibile e cordiale ,siamo stati molto bene .
Purtroppo Civitanova non offre molto per i turisti e a mio avviso è poco pulita ...

La gentilezza e la disponibilità del Signor Carlo.
Il parcheggio libero accanto al viottolo pedonale di ingresso.
La distanza dalla ferrovia e quindi dai rumori dei treni di passaggio.
La distanza dalla spiaggia che si raggiunge in cinque minuti a piedi.
L'arredo e lo stile erano piacevoli e coerenti. Molto apprezzati il bagno in marmo e i pavimenti.
Ottimo il Wifi.
Consigliamo al signor Carlo di inserire un bollitore elettrico con alcune tisane/té, se non nelle singole camere, almeno nello spazio comune che é vasto e poco sfruttato, in maniera che la clientela possa beneficiarne come ormai va molto in voga in quasi tutte le altre strutture.
Consigliamo inoltre di aggiungere prodotti per il bagno, oltre allo shampoo occorre del bagno doccia in più che non era presente.
Per il voto a cui ambisce la struttura consigliamo di eliminare immediatamente la tenda della doccia e di metterci invece una porta di vetro in quanto la tenda svolazzante bagna il pavimento al di fuori della doccia e viene addosso al corpo mentre ci si lava creando molto fastidio. Se si mantiene la tenda occorre porre dei pesi alla base della stessa in maniera che stia più ferma in posizione.
Da migliorare anche gli spazi (o declassare alcune camere) in quanto le camere matrimoniali potevano essere giuste per due, ma se avessimo confermato invece la scelta della quadrupla che avevamo prenotato, aggiungendo i letti, saremmo stati estremamente stretti.
L'insonorizzazione degli ambienti non é il massimo, i rumori/TV dei vicini si sentono chiaramente.
Suggerisco anche di aggiungere una di quelle basi/panche che si usano nelle altre strutture per permettere agli ospiti di non posare la valigia a terra.
Occorre anche potenziare l'asciuga-capelli e magari mettere delle ciabatte di quelle usa e getta a disposizione della clientela se si vuole ambire ad un voto più alto.
In generale così com'è la struttura può stare sull'otto come voto reale.

I recently stayed at this house that is suitable for a short visit. The location is convenient, close to the beach and a supermarket, with plenty of parking available in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The room was very clean, featuring a nice terrace.
However, there were several issues that affected my stay. The shower was extremely small, with a clingy curtain that failed to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. As a result, the floor was constantly wet, making it uncomfortable when using the toilet, as my feet would get wet immediately. Additionally, there was very little space to sit on the toilet, and my feet ended up under the shower. Even as a slim person, I found it difficult to wash comfortably in that shower.
Another downside was the lack of kitchen utensils, cups, and plates; if you want to eat something of your own, you need to bring your own. Owner provided us plastic cups and wine opener after we asked where can we get it.
Before my arrival, I booked a room based on photos that showed two different beds, which led me to believe there were two separate beds in different rooms. Fortunately, the owner reached out to confirm if we wanted three separate beds, and it turned out that all three of us would be sleeping in the same room. In my opinion, that room is not spacious enough for three people. The owner acknowledged the mistake and offered a second room at half price, which was a nice gesture.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, the shower situation and the misleading room description were significant drawbacks.

Bagno troppo piccolo soprattutto privo del bidet.Anche la camera molto ridotta e priva di un armadio.
