Si trova in leggera collina in quartiere residenziale è molto silenzioso. La villa con telecamera e accesso a pianterreno. Camera pulita con tutto il necessario per doccia. Colazione abbondante e gentilezza del padrone che ci ha permesso di mettere internamente al riparo la moto.

Posizione ottima. Situato in zona tranquilla ma comunque molto vicino alla spiaggia (10-15 minuti a piedi). Possibilità di sfruttare pure l'ampio esterno con verde messo a disposizione.
