B&B Varò Taormina

This is the standard that all others should aim to match. Wow! Within minutes of booking Alessandra contacted me to make sure I was aware that a neighbouring bar has live music until midnight every day which I thought was very thoughtful. Comms before check-in were helpful, she found bus timetables for us and sent information about taxis. The B&B is in the old town so there is no vehicle access. A taxi from the station was €25 and it was a short walk down the hill from the recommended drop off. As soon as we arrived we felt so welcomed. This is Alessandra and Federico's home and they only have 2 rooms so it feels really personal. Our room was on the first floor and we had a separate but private bathroom and dressing room. Alessandra sent us lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do, I just wish we'd had time to see them all! Breakfast is served on the roof terrace with stunning views. We had a lovely time chatting with our hosts and the other guests while devouring the plentiful fresh breakfast and homemade cake. This was the best stay of our 2 week trip around Sicily and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Nothing

Alex and Fredrico were amazing, starting with a beautiful breakfast and continuing with all of their fabulous advice. The view at breakfast was breathtaking and a perfect way to start the day in Taormina,

My stay at B&B Varo was excellent. The hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of information regarding local restaurants, cafes and places to visit. The location of the B&B was very central and within walking distance of local sites and easy access to transport hubs. My room was very clean and comfortable with my own private bathroom and I was given a wide choice of things to eat for breakfast. I would definitely recommend B&B Varo.

Alex and Federico are great hosts. They take perfect care of their guests. Our stay was really perfect

Nothing really. There is a bar close making live music but personally I liked it.
