Gute Lage, zu Fuß 8 min zum Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Busverbindungen in der Nähe, sauber, Frühstück ausreichend, nettes Personal, familiär, frische Handtücher wann man möchte, w-lan. Klimaanlage
Lage gut, aber Aussicht wurde beschrieben:"Aussicht auf eine ruhige Straße". Es war direkt am Gehweg, nicht ruhig. Aussicht keine, weil das Glas natürlich verblendet war, damit man nicht beobachtet werden kann vom Gehweg aus. Leider wurde öfters gebohrt, ohne Vorankündigung, an mehreren Tagen, d.h. kein Notfall. Frühstück genug, aber sehr einseitig, immer das gleiche. Wenn man länger bucht, hat man tagtäglich das gleiche Brot, gleiches Obst, in unserem Fall Wassermelone und Melone. Wurst und Käse, Joghurt. Kühlschrank teilt man sich im Frühstücksraum, der für 2 Zimmer ist, mit den anderen Gästen. Preis minimal weniger als in einem Hotel in der Nähe. Also kann man beim Frühstück etwas mehr Abwechslung erwarten.

La posizione di questa struttura è perfetta, si è a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro e 15 dalla spiaggia di Maria Pia, ma ad una strada di distanza ci sono comunque spiagge libere. I proprietari molto disponibili, hanno accolto ogni richiesta fatta; stanza grande e comoda.

The location of the accommodation is good, just a few minutes from the city beach and about 20 minutes from the old town and the more beautiful Maria Pia beach. The host is very kind, and I especially want to highlight how quickly he responded when we reported that the Wi-Fi wasn't working. The issue was resolved promptly. The room is cleaned daily, and the cleanliness is at a high level.
The biggest downside of the accommodation is the breakfast, which is fine if you're staying for 3 or 4 days, but since it's the same every day, after a few days you can’t eat it anymore. The kitchen is well equipped, but guests are not allowed to prepare their own food, so you can’t make full use of it. My advice to the hosts would be to either offer a more varied breakfast or allow guests to use the stovetop that already exists in the kitchen.
