Spacious and clean apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 balconies. Kitchen had all the usual utensils and there were also some cupboard items left by previous hosts, such as coffee, sugar, oil etc. The only thing we were missing were wine glasses though. Air-con was included in the price and was working fine. There was a small issue with wifi not working but it was fixed within a few hours of reporting it.
The location is great too, only a 5 min walk to the nearest beach which isn’t very nice so recommend to hop on a bus or a scooter and head to Maria Pia. Alghero old town is a pleasant 20 min stroll on a promenade. Two big supermarkets are about 5 min walk away and the bus stops to the airport or other towns are literally up the street. Plenty of free parking nearby too. They have a weird recycling/rubbish collecting system in Alghero, each morning they are collecting a different type so make sure you put the correct bin outside the night before. Otherwise you will need to take it to the nearest collection point which is by the Isa supermarket.
This was my first booking with Vrbo and all went smoothly. Roberto is a very helpful and accommodating host and the property manager Antonietta is also nice. Our flight was at night and Roberto and Antonietta very kindly helped us out with a late checkout. None of them speak English though so best to communicate via email or messaging.

The apartment is decorated in a lovely style and perfectly located few steps from the sea ..The neighborhood is served by restaurants, bars and supermarkets,.The historic Old town of Algero can be reached via a pleasant walk along the sea in 15 minutes on foot.The owner Roberto was very helpful and prompt with any requests or queries.We enjoy our holiday in Sardinia .Thank you Roberto.

The property is a 2nd floor apartment in a residential area approximately 150m from the beach. A great location for beach, restaurants, supermarket etc and about 15 minutes walk from the old town and harbour. Bus stops nearby with excellent routes to airport and other towns. Sassari and Bosa are both well worth a visit. We stayed in the apartment with another couple and there was plenty of living space. It was very clean, reasonably well equipped and there were plenty of well used towels and bed linen. An extra key would have been useful for when we went out separately. an enjoyable holiday
